Founded in 2020 by Daniel Cremades and Christian Ruiz, DCR Homes was born from a passion for creating people-centered projects, drawing on over 1,000 residential units developed. With 30 years of combined real estate experience, our founders’ vision shines through in every home we build.

DCR Homes is founded in Coral Gables with a clear purpose: to build residential projects that combine design, quality, and meaningful living.
We acquire our first lot and begin construction of Gables Gate Home, marking the official start of our work as residential developers.
We secure land for Gardens on the Roads between The Roads and Shenandoah, growing our presence in key Miami neighborhoods and strengthening our pipeline.
We sell our first home, Gables Gate, begin Gardens on the Roads, and expand our portfolio with new acquisitions and our first build-to-rent projects, Sovereign Homes and Southland Pines.
A project dedicated to developing and managing residential properties in Florida.
We purchase the first lot for the construction of the first DCR Homes Project.
DCR Homes secured land for its first five projects in Miami and began construction on Gables Gate Home in October.
DCR Homes finalized its first home sale in February and reached record-breaking sales for Gardens on the Roads in December.

Daniel leads strategy, technical development, and construction for DCR projects. With over 15 years of international experience, he has managed $800 million in assets and overseen investments exceeding $ 1 billion. He holds a Civil Engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and an MBA from Kellogg.
DANIEL CREMADES
Christian leads investments, acquisitions, and investor relations at DCR. With 15 years in real estate and 7 managing U.S.-based funds, he has structured capital strategies and consolidated multimillion-dollar portfolios. Civil Engineer with a specialization in Economics and a Master’s in Finance from Universidad de Los Andes.
CHRISTIAN RUIZ
Iván leads corporate finance strategy at DCR, with 15+ years of experience structuring high-impact strategies and managing nine-figure operations. His leadership drives sustainable growth and performance at DCR Group. He holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad de los Andes and a Master’s in Finance from CESA.
IVÁN JIMÉNEZ
Juan Carlos leads cost control and economic feasibility at DCR, bringing over 13 years of experience in construction management. An expert in data analysis and industry best practices, he ensures precision, efficiency, and financial discipline across all projects. He holds an honors degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.
JUAN CARLOS SARMIENTO
Juan Camilo supports DCR’s financial strategy with expertise in structured funding, project finance, and valuation. With 2+ years in investment banking, he’s worked across sectors on profitability and debt restructuring. He holds a degree in Finance and International Affairs from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
JUAN CAMILO BARBOSA
Julio leads development and construction at DCR, with over 10 years of experience in sustainable building. He has managed 19M+ ft² of projects, is a Licensed General Contractor in Florida, LEED/WELL certified. Civil Engineer from Universidad de Los Andes, completing a master’s in construction.
JULIO DUARTE
Sara leads design supervision and coordination at DCR, bringing over 8 years of architectural experience. Her work spans urban planning and residential design, ensuring aesthetic and functional quality in each project. She is currently completing her Master’s in Project Management at Universidad EAFIT.

Laura leads marketing and commercial strategy at DCR, bringing over 10 years of entrepreneurial experience.
